My son just had his 21st Birthday. It was a great evening. The rowdy renditions from the somewhat intoxicated males was quite amusing. However the funniest thing that happened during the evening was as follows. One of the male guests decided to try out the wheelchair platform elevator at the side of the stage. He is rather a "big boy" and as I approached him to tell him to get off, I heard this snipit of conversation between him and my daughter Sam. He said, "look at me Sam, I'm god", which was something to do with his rising upward I think, so my Sam just looked at him and said "well you're the reason I'm not religious". It was so hard to keep a straight face whilst telling him to come off the equipment. He really is a big boy. Heaven would certainly be in need of a weight watchers if he spoke the truth. What a scream. What would we do without our kids, love them heaps.
